We know files can be personal, professional, or confidential. This policy explains what iWebRY Converter handles, what stays in your browser, and what may be shared with us when you contact us or buy a plan.
1. Files you convert
Most image and PDF work, such as Image to WebP, PDF to PNG, PDF to JPG, and PDF Edit, is designed to run in your browser. In those cases, your files are processed locally on your device and are not intentionally uploaded to our server.
CDR to PNG needs server-side processing because browsers cannot normally read CorelDRAW files directly. When you use that feature, the file may be uploaded temporarily so the server can create the output.
2. Information we may collect
We may receive your name, email address, phone number, plan choice, support messages, payment status, and basic technical details when you buy a plan, request access, contact support, or use login-related features.
We do not ask for more information than we need to provide access, support, billing help, and service updates.
3. Payments
When online payments are enabled, payment details are handled by the payment gateway. We do not need to store your full card, UPI, bank, or wallet details on this website. We may keep payment confirmation details such as transaction ID, plan name, amount, date, and contact information for account and support records.
4. How we use information
- To activate or manage your iWebRY Converter access.
- To respond to support, billing, refund, or technical questions.
- To improve the website, fix errors, and keep the tools stable.
- To protect the service from abuse, spam, or unsafe activity.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help run the website, process payments, send emails, host files temporarily, or provide support. If your file is sensitive, please avoid sending it by email unless it is truly required for support and you are comfortable sharing it.
