Refund Policy
We want the purchase to feel fair. Because iWebRY Converter is a digital service, refunds are handled with a practical approach: if access or core features genuinely do not work for you and we cannot fix the issue, we will review your refund request seriously.
1. Refund window
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unable to access the paid tools, the plan was activated incorrectly, or a core feature promised on the pricing page does not work for your reasonable use case.
2. Before refunding
Please contact support@iwebry.com first with your purchase email, plan, payment reference, browser name, and a short note about the problem. We may ask for screenshots or non-sensitive sample details so we can understand and fix the issue.
If the issue is solved and you can use the plan normally, the purchase will continue instead of being refunded.
3. When refunds may not apply
- You changed your mind after the tool worked as described.
- You used the plan heavily or completed the work you bought it for.
- The issue is caused by an unsupported file, damaged file, third-party service, or device/browser limitation outside our control.
- You violated the Terms & Conditions or used the service in an abusive way.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are usually initiated within 5 to 7 working days. The final time for money to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider.
If the payment provider keeps non-refundable charges, taxes, or gateway fees, the refund amount may be adjusted where applicable.
5. Duplicate or wrong payments
If you paid twice by mistake, selected the wrong plan, or entered the wrong contact details, email us as soon as possible. We will help correct the access or review a refund for the duplicate payment.
